• If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund, subject to verification and internal review.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our refund guidelines and timelines.

3. Room & Venue Charges

• Room charges, hotel charges, or venue-related expenses must be paid by the customer.
• Our service fee does not include accommodation or venue costs unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Respectful Conduct

• Verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or models is strictly prohibited.
• Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

5. Photography & Recording Policy

• Video recording, photography, screen recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
• Violation of this rule may lead to legal action and immediate service termination.

6. Time Policy

• The service is provided strictly for the agreed duration only.
• No time extensions are allowed, even upon request or additional payment.
• Late arrival by the customer does not qualify for extra time.

7. No External Forcing

• Customers must not force or pressure models to go out for dinner, parties, private outings, or any external activities.
• Services are limited strictly to the agreed scope only.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

• Asking for personal contact details, phone numbers, social media accounts, or private information of models is strictly prohibited.
• All communication must remain professional and within the service boundaries.

9. Full Payment Confirmation

• 100% payment must be completed for the service provided.
• Partial payments, delayed payments, or payment negotiations after service completion are not allowed.

10. No Illegal Activities

• Any illegal, unethical, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
• The service will be immediately discontinued if such activity is suspected or reported.

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if:
  • Terms are violated
  • Misbehavior occurs
  • Safety or privacy is compromised

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

12. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for personal belongings, losses, damages, or incidents occurring during the service period.
• Customers are responsible for their own actions and conduct.
